Private Prenatal Yoga 

Yoga during pregnancy has many benefits: it improves strength, flexibility and endurance, reduces back pain and sciatica, relieves stress and anxiety, improves sleep and aids in digestion. This prenatal session is a safe and great way to keep up with a physical activity during pregnancy. This 60 minutes private session includes:

-Gentle prenatal flow

-Modified postures suited for pregnancy

-Postures preparing body and mind for labor  

-Guided relaxation to build confidence for labor, birth and your new journey as a mother 

-Gentle massage

Price : $40/session


Due to covid-19 restrictions, private classes will be held via zoom or at an outdoor location of your choice.
